Adil Işık Hazır Giyim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is the İstanbul-based owner-operator of the adL womenswear brand, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Kağıthane. It designs and sells full women's collections — dresses, blouses, trousers, knitwear, outerwear, denim and a beachwear capsule — through its own vertically integrated retail network of roughly 113 domestic and 24 international stores plus e-commerce and a mobile app. Its own About page describes a workforce that is about 80% women and a footprint spanning Türkiye and ten further countries across the Gulf, Levant, Caucasus and Balkans.
