Akdem Tekstil is an integrated circular-knit fabric mill founded in Bursa in 1990, producing soft knitted fabrics for tracksuits, sweats, t-shirts, baby clothing, blankets and nightwear. With over 50 round knitting machines, 22 jet dyeing machines and 5 printing machines, it reaches an annual capacity of roughly 6,000 tons (cited as 8 million kilos on the site) and exports to 20 countries across 5 continents.
