Akkuş Tekstil San. Tic. A.Ş. is an İstanbul-based denim manufacturer founded in 1993, producing men's and women's jeans, denim tops, jackets and skirts for European retail chains. It runs multiple plants — Avcılar/Yenibosna in İstanbul and a Mardin OSB facility opened in 2011 — and exports to Germany, Spain, France, Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Greece and Poland. The firm also owns the Defray and Monter denim labels alongside its private-label programmes. It reports roughly 1,000 new designs developed per month and export volumes in the hundreds of thousands of units monthly.
