ATK Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is an İstanbul apparel manufacturer and exporter established in 1981, headquartered at Feriköy Fırın Sokak in Bomonti, Şişli. The company designs and produces women's, men's and children's clothing in both woven and jersey constructions — blouses, shirts, skirts, trousers, shorts, dresses and coats — for European and Turkish retail buyers. It states a combined annual capacity of about 9.3 million garments, made up of roughly 4 million woven and 5 million knitted pieces, produced across its own plants and a partner network: an 8,500 m² five-line factory in Batumi, Georgia (about 1 million pieces a year), a 3,000 m² six-line unit in the Mersin Free Zone (about 1.3 million pieces a year), and some 20 owned and partner factories plus around 30 Marmara-region subcontractors.
