Atölye Kostüm Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş., trading internationally as DressBest Uniforms & Corporate Wear, is an İstanbul-based bespoke uniform house founded in 1995 and headquartered in Bomonti, Şişli. It was started by a founding team of three women and now describes itself as having 25 years of corporate-wear experience, delivering to more than 48 countries. The business runs on a design-led, full-programme model: concept and custom design, fabric development, production, then ongoing uniform-programme management including sizing, roll-out and replenishment for large staff populations. Its earliest reference projects were Four Seasons İstanbul, the 5,000-plus staff of the Habitat conference and Cyprus Airlines, and the portfolio has since covered hospitality, aviation, healthcare, utility and security, financial services, transportation and government programmes. Overseas offices were opened in Dubai (2008), Jeddah (2013), Amsterdam (2019) and Miami (2020) to service MENA, European and US accounts. Quality and compliance rest on published ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification plus Sedex membership since 2017.
