About
Aysim Tekstil Turz. ve Dış Tic. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. is a Kocaeli-based circular-knit apparel manufacturer established in 2000 that has grown to around 450 skilled staff across two plants — a 4,000 m² facility in Derince and a 3,000 m² facility in Gölcük — supported by a management and sales office in Merter/Bahçelievler, İstanbul. The company reports monthly output of 600,000–700,000 pieces from in-house lines plus a subcontractor network, with seasonal sampling runs of roughly 10,000–15,000 units. Production is organised as a full make-through flow: incoming fabric inspection, Gerber-assisted cutting, a make-up department covering embroidery, beading, lace, crochet and all types of piece-printing, sewing, then quality assurance, ironing and packing. Aysim works across more than 3,000 fabric qualities — jersey, rib, interlock, jacquard, French terry and pointelle — from 60 g/m² to 500 g/m², in cotton, viscose, wool, linen, cashmere and synthetic blends. The range covers menswear, womenswear and children's/infant wear, from t-shirts, polos, tank tops and sweatshirts to nightwear, cycling shorts, bodysuits and rompers, alongside woven shirts, trousers and skirts. The customer base is Europe-focused and the company promotes GSP-eligible manufacture and short lead times for high-street buyers.
