BAF Tekstil, trading as BAF – Brothers and Friends, is an İstanbul-headquartered manufacturer of denim and non-denim bottoms serving European retail brands on an OEM and private-label basis. Its commercial office sits in the Capital Tower on Basın Ekspres Yolu in Halkalı, Küçükçekmece, while production moved to a purpose-built plant in the Fatsa Organized Industrial Zone in Ordu, completed in 2022 with roughly 8,750 m2 of built area on a 20,000 m2 site. The company runs a vertical process in-house — cutting, sewing, washing and ironing — which lets it control denim finishing rather than subcontract it, and it operates its own design studio for custom collection development from first sketch to bulk. Its sustainability messaging is built on three declared pillars: social sustainability and employment, a zero occupational accident / zero occupational disease OHS target, and environmental management beyond legal compliance.
