Şti. is the original İstanbul operating entity behind the Nackiyé womenswear label, registered in Beyoğlu (Karaköy, Serdar-ı Ekrem Cad.) on 08.11.2010 with a registered activity of textile, clothing, footwear and household-goods design and industrial design services. Under this Ltd. Şti. unvan the firm exported women's 100% cotton dresses and kaftans (HS 6204420000) to Ukraine between 2011 and 2022, and it is the recorded owner of the US trademark application for NACKIYÉ (serial 98034578, filed 8 June 2023) in classes 25 and 35. It received the İHKİB BAŞARI exporter award in the 2024 award list; the 2025 list carries the same brand under the Anonim Şirket form instead, and the Nackiyé webshop is today operated by BDK Moda Tasarım Danışmanlık A.Ş. from a Şişli address, indicating that this limited company is the predecessor form of that firm.
