Bella Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is an İstanbul-headquartered sleepwear and jersey-garment manufacturer founded in 2003, with its head office at Tempo Plaza in Bağcılar and its production plant on the D-100 highway at Üçköprü, Kaynaşlı (Düzce). The Düzce plant is described by the company as a 7,500 m² ERP-run facility (the sustainability page states 6,500 m² and 275 staff) producing on the order of one million pyjamas a year, with a team the About page puts at over 300 people. The group is vertically positioned from design through manufacture to retail: in 2017 it acquired The Woody Group, the Belgian sleepwear and homewear brand founded in Ghent in 1993, and now runs Woody retail alongside its export manufacturing. The catalogue harvested this run is the Woody women's line — cotton and soft-cotton pyjama sets, nightdresses, knitted dresses and ponchos, cotton bras, singlets and briefs — sold at €22–€90 through the brand's own European webshop. The firm carries İHKİB export awards for 2021 and 2023 and markets into Turkey, Belgium and the wider EU.
