What is independently established: it is an İHKİB member that appears in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 medal lists and the 2024 and 2025 başarı lists under its exact unvan; it holds a LEI (984500M5SD01F0A54868, lapsed since 2024-07-07); and Turkish trade press reports that Group Bema partnered with the German children's brand Kanz in 2004 and acquired Kanz Finansal Holding in 2009, alongside Pampolina, S&D, Steiff, Doll, Check-In, Whoopi and Käthe Kruse licences.
