Bilce Tekstil Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. is the İstanbul manufacturer behind bilcee, one of Turkey's largest home-grown active-sportswear brands, founded in 1996 and part of BİL Group. It runs a c.10,000 m² production facility in Sultangazi with head-office functions in Bağcılar and reports annual capacity of about two million units. The range is technical and lifestyle sportswear — training and running t-shirts, knit and woven track pants, leggings, tracksuits, outerwear and sports footwear — carrying in-house model codes such as 2375, 5700, 6588 and 1713 and sold through its own e-commerce site, a Turkish store network and a US storefront. Alongside its own label the company held the Turkish licence for the Italian technical brand Macron and supplies team kit to clubs including Anadolu Efes, İstanbul Başakşehir and Fenerbahçe volleyball. It states exports to 38 countries across four continents with offices in İstanbul, Milan and Moscow, holds an İHKİB export award for 2021 and signed the WEPs in 2024.
