The mill knits basic socks on double- and single-cylinder machines in cotton, combed cotton, wool, modal and polyacryl, and produces technical or functional socks on machines running up to 200 needles using Coreyarn, Isolfill, Isolwool, X-Static, Thermolite and Thermocool yarns, plus tights and plush terry styles. The company states a Kırklareli capacity of up to two million pairs a month on Lonati sock-by-sock machinery, and offers the full make chain as a service — knitting, rosso or hand toe-closing, washing, and ironing/boarding — on an OEM and private-label basis.
