Cef Grup is an Istanbul-based apparel design, sourcing and manufacturing company with textile roots dating back to 2001 and re-established under the Cef Grup name in 2019, specialising in jersey and knitwear production for international fashion brands. It manages the full ready-to-wear process — design development, pattern making and sampling, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, washing and finishing — for womenswear, menswear and kidswear, and offers private-label production with custom labels, hangtags and packaging. The company also owns the babywear brand Luna Di Cotone, whose organic-cotton sleep sacks and day/night sets are produced under its own control at Istanbul Giyimkent rather than through fason subcontracting.
