Ceres Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş., trading as Ceres Clothing ("Cerescares"), is an İstanbul-headquartered apparel supplier founded in 2012 and registered at Levent Mah. Yenisulun Sok. No:28, Beşiktaş. Its own site describes it as a "design-focused supplier headquartered in Istanbul with UK-based designers" that works through "partnerships with major Turkish yarn and fabric suppliers" and "premier factories", managing the supply chain and running in-house CSR audits rather than operating its own plant. It exported men's knit sweatwear and trousers to North America (US customs rows, 2022). NOTE: the İstanbul 2. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi (E. 2025/54) rejected the company's konkordato application and declared iflas (bankruptcy) on 19 September 2025.
