Dem Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is an İstanbul-based ready-made garment manufacturer, registered on 17.02.1989 and operating from Akçaburgaz Mahallesi in Esenyurt. Its plant runs around 100 assorted sewing machines together with a needle detector, a Gerber pattern system, a raw-fabric inspection machine, full cutting systems, 34 pressing machines and 5 stain-removal machines, for a stated capacity of 1,200,000 pieces per month. Roughly 60% of sewing is carried out in-house and the balance is placed with long-standing high-capacity partner workshops.
