Dermann & Maxima Group is an İstanbul knitted ready-to-wear manufacturer established in 1998, based at Beysan Sanayi Sitesi in Haramidere, Beylikdüzü. The operation covers cutting, sewing, printing and packing in house. Beyond contract production the company runs its own design department and states that it offers customers new trend styles each month rather than production capacity alone. It also operates a showroom at the same site and carries a sub-brand, Decent Moda. The company publishes no capacity, headcount, certification or market figures, and no named styles — its site presents facilities and showroom photography only.
