Dongguan Emay Luggage Factory (brand EMAY / Emaybag) is a vertically integrated, family-run travel-goods manufacturer in Zhongtang, Dongguan, China, producing hardside and softside suitcases, trolley cases, travel backpacks, duffels, totes and packing cubes since 1997. It operates roughly 20,000 sqm across three specialized factories with 6 production lines, ~210 workers and ~1,080,000 units/year, making its own shells, wheels and trolleys in-house. EMAY is BSCI and ISO 9001 certified with REACH, California Prop 65 and Disney FAMA compliance, and runs OEM/ODM/private-label programs (low MOQ from ~200-300 pcs) for travel brands across Europe, North America and East Asia.
