Dora Giyim is an Istanbul (Bagcilar / Giyimkent) private-label shirt manufacturer established in May 2010, offering full-package service from design conception and fabric development through accessories, branding, production and export logistics. The plant runs a pattern room, cutting, sewing, packing and in-line quality control on automated and computer-programmed machinery, with a stated daily capacity of about 2,000 shirts and roughly 500,000 shirts exported per year. Fabric programmes cover printed, yarn-dyed, denim, cotton-linen, jacquard, knitted and corduroy shirting, plus non-iron finishes, 3D virtual sampling and workwear/corporate shirt production. Customs records show 38 export shipments to 13 buyers, led by the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, the USA and Italy.
