The business runs three own labels named on its About page: the 'Elizabeth Njo May Fen couture label' (creative direction from 2007), 'Seamless Gown' (2008) and the 'KETIQUE clothing line' (2014). Its signature is couture construction rather than resale - the principal's public role is patternmaking ('Principal and Patternmaking tutor at BUNKA Surabaya', 'Advance Patternmaking for Couture Lecturer') and the house's best-known work is a batik gown made without stitching, which won a 2008 MURI Award in the category 'Pemkarsa Gaun Batik Unik Tanpa jahitan', with a related workshop on a full-piece batik dress made without cutting.
