Garanti Giyim Kompozit Teknolojileri is a Yozgat manufacturer of functional protective clothing and ballistic composite armour — body armour and carrier vests, ballistic helmets, armour plates and shields, vehicle armour panels, CBRN and flame-retardant suits, waterproof breathable outerwear, sleeping bags and tents. Established in 2004 in the Yozgat Organised Industrial Zone, it works a 25,000 m² enclosed and 40,500 m² open site with roughly 900 confection machines, its own composite pressing and autoclave shop, a narrow-weaving mill and a UD polyethylene fabric line. It has held ISO 9001 since 2005 and NATO plus national facility security certificates from the Turkish Ministry of National Defence since 2006, and operates Turkey's first TÜRKAK-accredited ballistic test laboratory.
