GOKHANYAVAS

GOKHANYAVAS is an Istanbul-based independent designer ready-to-wear brand founded by fashion designer Gokhan Yavas (launched August 2017). The label brings a contemporary, architecturally structured take on streetwear and ready-to-wear, selling directly to consumers via its own Shopify e-commerce store. Collections span jackets, suits/gilets, hoodies, t-shirts, shirts, tailored and cargo trousers, shorts, coats and accessories, including hand-beadwork pieces and collaboration lines (e.g. DHL x GOKHANYAVAS). The designer has shown at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul (debut 27 Mar 2018), The Core Istanbul and Antalya Fashion Week, and works as a design/creative consultant to other Turkish apparel houses. Exhibitor at IFCO (Istanbul Fashion Connection).
