İpekyol Giyim Sanayi Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a vertically integrated Turkish womenswear house founded in 1986 in Mardin by the Ayaydın family, with its first store opened in Şişli, İstanbul in 1989. It operates the Ipekyol, Twist and Machka brands and runs an integrated ready-to-wear production facility in Edirne, described in its own 2024 sustainability report as "Türkiye'nin ilk entegre hazır giyim üretim tesisi" (Turkey's first integrated apparel production plant), a 17,000 m² site with on-site solar generation. The company trades from 339 stores (276 domestic, 63 international) with roughly 3,250 employees, and appears in İSO's "Türkiye'nin İkinci 500 Büyük Sanayi Kuruluşu 2025" industrial-enterprise ranking.
