Kozmos Tekstil, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Istanbul, manufactures home textiles, bedding technology products, fabrics and home decor, with production sites at DOSAB in Bursa and the Eskisehir OSB. It runs an integrated chain from thread to final product, covering product design, knitting on double jersey circular electronic knitting machines, mattress border tape production and drying, heat-setting and finishing. Output spans jacquard knitted mattress fabrics, mattresses, visco pillows, mattress protectors, bed frames and digitally printed home textiles sold into the US and European markets.
