On 26 June 2025 Bakırköy 2. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi (2025/595 E.) granted it a three-month geçici mühlet under konkordato in a joint filing with Gama Alliance Kumaş Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Iskarmoz Gıda ve Turizm Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi. On 12 March 2026 the same court terminated the konkordato and ruled iflas (bankruptcy) covering Northstr, so the entity should not be treated as an active supplier.
