Novak Triko San. A.Ş. is the large-volume knitwear manufacturing arm of Nova Fashion Group, operating a purpose-built plant in the Kavak district of Samsun that the group describes as built "in accordance with high efficiency and safe workplace concepts" and serving "with a production structure compatible with today's technology". The group states that Novak employs "more than 1000 employees in Anatolia" across production, quality control and logistics, and produces large volume knitwear in partnership with its Istanbul sister plant Texim. Regional trade press reports production activity in Kavak since 2012 with roughly 1,300-1,500 people employed, output aimed mainly at European markets.
