Özkurtlar Hazır Giyim is the ready-made garment arm of the İstanbul-based Özkurtlar Grup, producing outerwear at its plant on Şanlıurfa Caddesi in Sultanbeyli, İstanbul. The company states it produces more than 600,000 outerwear pieces a year — coats, parkas and vests ("Mont, kaban, yelek") — on an integrated line covering fabric control, automatic spreading and cutting, Z-band, snap-fastening, pressing and packing, and employs over 300 people. It manufactures for Mavi, Zara, Loft, DeFacto, Avva, Lerros and LC Waikiki, exports to Germany and the Netherlands, and targets one million pieces a year with half of output exported.
