Özman Deri Tekstil, 1996 yılının Kasım ayında İstanbul'da kurulan ve örme işletmesi, kumaş boyahanesi ile konfeksiyon bölümlerini bir arada barındıran entegre bir tekstil üreticisidir. Diyarbakır'daki 24.000 m² kapalı alana sahip, LEED Gold sertifikalı entegre tesisinde 250 kişilik ekiple üretim yapmakta; aylık 15 ton kumaş ve 500.000 adet ürün kapasitesiyle Avrupalı hazır giyim markalarına ve savunma sanayii müşterilerine hizmet vermektedir.
