Penti Giyim Ticaret A.Ş. is the multi-category retail company of Turkey's Penti group, running the Penti chain of intimates, hosiery, loungewear and beachwear stores plus the penti.com e-commerce catalogue. The brand dates to 1950, was renamed Penti in 1984 and opened its first own-name store chain in 1999. Its IPO prospectus describes it as a "çok kategorili perakende şirketi" that designs Penti products and sources them from more than 300 producers, partly within the group and partly from third-party manufacturers; the group's Çorlu hosiery factories are held by the separate legal entity Penti Çorap Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
