RS CTA Tekstil Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. is the İstanbul-based operating company behind the Turkish womenswear label NOCTURNE, founded in 2012 and named after Frédéric Chopin's composition. The company designs and produces original women's ready-to-wear — described on its own site as "özgün tasarımları, kaliteli kumaşları ve zarif kalıplarıyla" — running its own production facilities in İstanbul alongside a network of fason (subcontract) workshops, with seasonal output reported at 150,000 pieces and annual capacity around 300,000 pieces. It sells through a wholesale channel of 400+ stockist doors, a chain of company stores across Turkey (Nişantaşı, İstinyePark, Vadistanbul, Mall of Istanbul, Galataport and more) and international stores at The Dubai Mall and Dubai Hills Mall, with a 15-person in-house design team and official Turkish design-centre (tasarım merkezi) recognition.
