Rüzgar PR Tekstil is an Istanbul-based women's ready-to-wear manufacturer, operating as the continuation of Barış Konfeksiyon (founded 2011) and institutionalised under its current identity in 2017. The company produces women's collections for domestic and international fashion brands across a total of four production points, including a second facility established in the 6th Region of Kahramanmaraş, and states that 100% of its women's outerwear production is carried out in Turkey. It manufactures jackets, coats, blouses, shirts, vests, skirts, dresses, trousers and overalls from both woven and knitted fabrics, and produces men's ready-made clothing on request.
