Üça Tekstil (trading internationally as 3A Textile) is a women's apparel manufacturer based in Orhanlı-Tuzla, İstanbul, specialising in the design and production of woven and knitted womenswear — described on its own site as one of Turkey's leading women's clothing producers. Established in 2009, it operates two plants, 1,700 m² in Pendik and 7,500 m² in Tuzla, with roughly 400 staff and a combined output of about 200,000 units a month of blouses, dresses, trousers, skirts, jackets and jumpsuits. It produces for recognised European and US brands and quotes average fast-fashion shipment lead times of 3-4 weeks.
