Uğurlular Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a Denizli-based yarn manufacturer founded in 1965 by Osman Nuri Uğurlu as Uğurlu Kollektif Şirketi. Since its first ring-spinning investment in 2007 it has grown into an export-oriented spinner running ring, open-end and compact facilities with roughly 100 tonnes of daily capacity across an 82,000 m2 closed area with more than 800 employees. The company operates its own R&D centre and holds an extensive portfolio of organic, recycled and sustainable-fibre certifications.
