Alpin Socks is a specialist sock and tights manufacturer established in 2000 at the Bakır ve Pirinç Sanayi Sitesi in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, with a second plant in the Yakınkent OSB in Çankırı. It produces men's, ladies', children's and babies' socks and tights at an average capacity of around 17 million pairs per month and describes itself as one of the leading sock suppliers in Europe, exporting to 112 countries. The Çankırı facility runs 1,344 sock knitting machines in a 12,000 m² LEED BD+C Gold certified building with its own 0.7 MWp solar plant.
