Established in 2006, HKRITA is a Hong Kong applied R&D institute for textiles, apparel and fashion, operating laboratories and a 20,000-square-foot Open Lab with a pilot textile-recycling line. It develops and licenses textile-recycling, performance-textile, smart-wearable and manufacturing technologies worldwide and provides tailor-made consultation and technology-transfer services.
