Merter (Güngören), Istanbul based women's designer-fashion house behind the #VDR Via Delle Rose brand; legal entity LUTEKS TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ with registered branches incl. Galataport (Beyoğlu, reg. 2021) and Online/Depo (Güngören). Brand founded 2004 by designer Luigi Midulla around 'strong silhouettes, original graphics and modern Italian design'.
