KAP registers its field of activity as "İç Giyim, Ev Giyim, Plaj Giyim ve Çorap Sektöründe Perakende Mağazacılık ve Satış" (retail store operations and sales), and the company's own business-model page states its core model is having products it develops in-house manufactured on an order basis by third-party suppliers under the Suwen name. It sells through 174 stores in 49 Turkish provinces plus stores in Romania and Cyprus, and through suwen.com.tr.
