1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SupplySpark, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

We offer Free, Pro, and Ultra subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape data systematically without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Supplier data disclaimer

Supplier profiles and data are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. SupplySpark does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any supplier information, including MOQs, certifications, or supplier conduct. You must independently verify all information before entering into any transaction.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, and materials on SupplySpark are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupplySpark and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction to be determined, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
