Your company on SupplySpark
Buyers use SupplySpark to find factories. Your company is on it because it appears in public sources. This page says what we show, where it comes from, and what you can do about it.
Why you are listed
SupplySpark is built from public information. We collect what your company publishes about itself (your website, catalogues, social pages) and what public records say about it (business registries, trade association lists, certification registries, trade fair exhibitor lists, customs records, press). We put it into one profile and show the source next to each fact.
You did not sign up, and you do not have to. Being listed is free.
What buyers see
Your company name and location, what you make, your certifications, MOQs and lead times where they are published, and business contact details. Buyers write to you directly. We are not part of the deal.
What you can do
Edit your profile, add products and photos, and see how buyers use it. Takes a few minutes.
Tell us what is wrong. No account needed. We fix it and reply by email.
A person's name, email or phone: we remove it at once. The whole company: tell us why, and we answer within five working days.
Emails from us
We email listed companies about claiming the profile and about the Featured plan. Every email has a link to stop them. Reply "stop" and we stop.
